Mid-Day Nervous System Reset

Our Mid-Day Nervous System reset is facilitated by Dr. Jennifer and Brooke and is designed to support you in creating a balanced nervous system so that you may function at your fullest capacity during your work day and return home with less burdens and more energy.

A combination of Somatic Breath-work and Acupuncture working together with the body's energy channels, fascia, nervous system and musculature helping to release blockages and promote healing. These two modalities compliment each tother this by engaging the nervous system, regulating the vagus nerve, and assisting in emotional release leaving you feeling lighter and more free.
