Release and Reconnect Gathering
You're warmly invited to a soul-nourishing journey of release and reconnection.
We’ll begin with 60 minutes of somatic breathwork, gently guiding you into deeper awareness of your body, mind, and spirit. This will be followed by a restorative 75-minute yin yoga practice, inviting stillness, surrender, and inner peace.
There will be space for sharing and integration between sessions and at the close of our time together, allowing the wisdom of your experience to settle and unfold.

As the year begins to exhale, there’s a quiet invitation to slow down, reflect, and gather in meaningful connection. This moment in the cycle asks us to honor what has shaped us, release what’s no longer needed, and make space for what’s ready to grow—together.
We’d love to welcome you to a Year-End GatheringSaturday, 27th at 4:30 PM
This offering is designed to support your whole being—body, breath, heart, and intention. Our time together will include gentle somatic movement, guided meditation, reflective journaling, and a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra to help your system settle and integrate.
You’ll be guided to set 13 intentions for the year ahead—not as goals to push toward, but as threads you’re ready to tend with care. There’s no need to arrive with clarity or preparation; simply come as you are and allow what’s true to rise in its own time.
This gathering is rooted in lived experience and trust—an invitation to pause, listen inward, and remember that meaningful transitions are often best met in community.
